• Responsible for executing solution and application implementations for customers. • Focused on lower complexity software and/or smaller customers. • Includes data conversion and configuration, go-live transition, and customer support during project transition.
🎯 Requirements
• Education equivalent to college or university undergraduate education • At least two (2) years of relevant work experience • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills • Ability to influence with diplomacy and tact • Computer skills – MS-Office suite and general technical aptitude • Advanced Excel skills • Leadership skills • Administrative skills • Analytical skills • Networking skills • Organization and time management skills • CIF operational background or experience a plus • Programming experience preferred
