β€’ Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives β€’ Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the BPO industry β€’ Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty β€’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create customized proposals and solutions that meet client needs β€’ Participate in industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices β€’ Analyze sales data and metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement β€’ Provide regular reporting and updates to the leadership team on sales pipeline and progress towards revenue targets

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field β€’ Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the BPO industry β€’ Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth β€’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients, stakeholders, and team members β€’ Deep understanding of the outsourcing industry and trends β€’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and develop effective sales strategies β€’ Familiarity with sales tools and software, such as CRM systems β€’ Excellent negotiation and closing skills to secure new business β€’ Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team
