Requirements

β€’ Strong desire to build a career in sales β€’ Motivated by a compensation structure that rewards performance β€’ Above average ability to clearly communicate via phone, email, and chat β€’ Daring and performance driven mindset β€’ Collaborative and able to receive feedback openly β€’ Curious personality and a great listener β€’ Always seeking ways to optimize efficiency and find new paths to success β€’ 1+ year of sales experience ideal but not required β€’ P&C insurance interest and/or experience a plus
