📋 Description

• Client Relationship Manager - Digital Signage Solutions • Responsible for identifying, developing, and managing relationships with commercial and government clients and partners. • Identify opportunities, present our digital signage solutions, and close deals to drive revenue growth. • Develop and execute a sales strategy to target commercial and government clients. • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account matters. • Identify potential leads and conduct outreach through networking, cold calling, and referrals. • Present digital signage solutions to clients, highlighting benefits tailored to their needs. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to stay updated on new offerings and industry trends. • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts. • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics. • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts). • Attend events as required to promote company solutions. • Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, Sales, or a related field (preferred). • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in outside sales, preferably in technology or digital signage. • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. • Strong understanding of commercial and government procurement processes. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. • Proficiency in CRM software and Google Workspace. • Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend industry events. • Ability to lift 75lbs. • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
