📋 Description

• Looking for a self-motivated, quick on your feet, self-starters with excellent customer service skills for our First Impression Receptionist position. • Will be the face for the first impression the Company will make. • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, often using multiple navigating application systems. • All inbound calls must be answered with a smile, positive and helpful attitude. • Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls to the designated person, or finding an individual to ensure customer is taken care of. • Provide basic and accurate information via phone/email. • Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks, as needed. Managing tasks and monitoring calls as necessary. • Organize managers’ calendars for call backs and managing to ensure it was completed. • Provide customer service as first point of contact.

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent in the English language; most importantly accent, communication, reading and writing. • Can work flexible hours at home during 8AM – 5PM EST (US Time) with minimal supervision, and through lunch break. • All telephone calls must be answered including during lunch hour, and this position requires candidate to work during their lunch. • Have good, reliable and fast internet connection and no power interruptions. • Effective listening, in addition the capacity to summarize details and deal solutions. • Experience with administrative and clerical procedures is required. • Minimum of 1 year experience receptionist/virtual assistance or similar for a company’s first impression. • Strong customer service skills; interpersonal skills. • Problem-solving skills, Decision making ability, Organizational skills, Procedural mindset, Ability to prioritize • Attention to detail; Exceptional in multi-tasking • Courteous, Discretion and confidentiality is a must. • Excellent MS Office knowledge and other relevant tools • Must be able to type at least 50 words per minute. • Computer Processor: Minimum 5th generation Intel i5 processor or equivalent • Computer Memory/RAM: Minimum 4.00 GB • Computer Operating System: Windows 10 or Mac OSX - No Linux, Unix or any operating system other than what is required. • Internet Speed: Running on a 50 MBPS plan or higher (Both primary and backup) - If your backup connection cannot serve as your primary connection, that does not qualify as a backup connection. • No internet interruption. • Headset: Noise-cancelling headset connected via USB port • Web Cam: At least 3 megapixels capable of 720p recording • NOTE: The computer system you will be using should not be shared with anyone else and should be dedicated for work only. You are required to have a working headset and camera to be used daily.
