📋 Description

•The Lease Renewals Manager is responsible for overseeing the lease renewal process across a portfolio of single-family rental (SFR) homes. •This role ensures lease expirations are managed efficiently, rental rates align with market conditions, and tenant retention strategies are implemented to minimize vacancies. •The ideal candidate has strong negotiation skills, a customer-focused mindset, and experience managing lease renewals in the SFR space.

🎯 Requirements

•2+ years of experience in lease renewals, property management, or leasing (SFR experience preferred). •Strong understanding of single-family rental market dynamics, including pricing trends and tenant expectations. •Excellent negotiation and customer service skills. •Proficiency in PropertyWare and Salesforce is preferred. •Knowledge of landlord-tenant laws, lease agreements, and fair housing regulations. •Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
