📋 Description
• Responsible for managing a group of assets as assigned. • Enforce FPI Management policies and internal operations. • Accountable for all operations of assigned assets. • Meet Client expectations based on operating budget and management agreement.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar leadership role. • High School diploma or equivalency certificate. • College degree in a relatable field preferred. • Certification or designation from an accredited organization preferred. • Valid Real Estate Salesperson License required. • Valid Driver's License with a good driving record. • Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing in English.
