Description

• Lead and expand sales efforts in diagnostics markets for Curiox's Venus and Pluto products. • Develop and execute sales strategy targeting LDT and IVD markets. • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team. • Identify and prioritize target accounts to build relationships. • Drive sales activities to achieve revenue targets and close deals. • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and support teams for seamless customer experience. • Maintain customer satisfaction and retention with effective communication. • Conduct market research and stay informed about industry trends. • Monitor sales performance metrics and refine strategies based on data.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field. • Proven track record of at least 10 years in sales, with a significant portion in the diagnostics (LDT and IVD) market. • Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing sales teams. • Strong leadership skills with experience in coaching and mentoring sales professionals. • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Solid understanding of the diagnostics market, including key trends, competitors, and regulatory environment. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative, and dynamic environment. • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making. • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and support the sales team.
