Description

β€’ Responsible for facilitating indirect sales through partners β€’ Build relationships with dental distributors and software partners β€’ Educate and train their sales teams β€’ Administer educational and training programs for indirect sellers β€’ Attend and provide sales support at industry events β€’ Travel for partner trainings and meetings regularly β€’ Coach and motivate reseller partners β€’ Proactively communicate with indirect sellers β€’ Support business development and onboarding of new distributors and partners

Requirements

β€’ 5+ years of indirect sales or software sales experience β€’ 2+ years of experience in the dental industry preferred β€’ Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor and train sales teams β€’ Demonstrated sales acumen β€’ Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales β€’ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, startup environment β€’ Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite β€’ Small business or prior start up experience preferred β€’ Located in Midwest, Northeast or Southeast part of USA β€’ Ability to travel for partner meetings, cotravel, trade shows and other business needs (25-40%)
