Description

• Responsible for facilitating indirect sales through partners • Build relationships with dental distributors and software partners • Educate and train their sales teams • Administer educational and training programs for indirect sellers • Attend and provide sales support at industry events • Travel for partner trainings and meetings regularly • Coach and motivate reseller partners • Proactively communicate with indirect sellers • Support business development and onboarding of new distributors and partners

Requirements

• 5+ years of indirect sales or software sales experience • 2+ years of experience in the dental industry preferred • Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor and train sales teams • Demonstrated sales acumen • Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, startup environment • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite • Small business or prior start up experience preferred • Located in Midwest, Northeast or Southeast part of USA • Ability to travel for partner meetings, cotravel, trade shows and other business needs (25-40%)
