Description

• Engage with customers via email, live website chat, phone calls, and Zoom. • Follow up and qualify inbound leads that have engaged through marketing programs and campaigns. • Document, update, and manage the company’s sales pipeline through HubSpot CRM daily. • Communicate in a friendly way to existing and potential customers, listening to their needs and helping communicate solutions. • Use a consultative selling approach to identify customer needs and requirements. • Ability to schedule, manage, and follow-up sales calls with each lead. • Host webinars with prospects or current customers. • Provide potential clients with live, online sales demonstrations (Zoom). • Help develop lead generation efforts, refine sales strategies, and maintain & improve the sales process within the company. • Stay up-to-date with industry/competitor trends and product offerings.

Requirements

• 1-3 years prior sales experience. • Recent sales experience in digital marketing. • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to sell and convince. • Natural ability to explain technical things in an easily understood manner. • Honestly and accurately set expectations with each client. • Helpful, but not required: Experience with online sales presentation tools, such as Zoom, Go-To-Meeting, or equivalent. • Helpful, but not required: Experience with smaller businesses, with a shorter sales cycle (30 days). • Helpful, but not required: Experience with sales CRM applications, such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent for lead generation, nurturing, tracking, and follow-up. • Helpful, but not required: Knowledge of various digital marketing services, including websites, SEO best practices, PPC advertising, and social media (Facebook, LinkedIn).
