Description

• Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager responsible for driving business revenue through operational excellence. • Develop impactful lifecycle programs contributing to measurable growth. • Manage external vendors, budgeting, and forecasting to enhance team effectiveness. • Create processes to improve operational efficiency and mentor team members. • Act as a technical authority within the team reporting to the Senior Director, Lifecycle Marketing.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in lifecycle marketing or CRM, preferably within subscription or D2C business. • Expertise in email marketing platforms like Iterable, Klaviyo, or Braze. • Proven experience driving lead capture and conversion through CRM channels. • Elevated understanding of customer mindset. • Experience crafting thoughtful creative briefs defining segments and messaging strategies. • Fluency with technical aspects of CRM – data architecture, coding best practices, deliverability, etc. • Expert data storyteller. • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. Amplitude, Tableau).
