• This is a sales focused position. • This Web and Hosting Solutions Account Executive is responsible for planning and implementing sales and marketing activities to increase market share of web design and hosting services. • This highly motivated individual promotes company products to existing/prospective customers and develops/maintains productive working relationships with customers. • This role involves a consultative sales approach, starting with discovering the prospect's needs and requirements and then offering suggestions or solutions, culminating in a custom-tailored proposal. • Develop and execute sales strategies to sell custom website solutions and secure hosting services. • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in Marketing and Executive Suites, primarily in banks, credit unions, hospitals, universities, and associations. • Prospect for new business opportunities to expand market share and conduct in-depth discovery sessions with prospects to understand their needs, requirements, objectives, and strategies. • Demonstrate Web design and hosting solutions to customers virtually and in person to drive sales. • Create and present custom-tailored proposals that meet the unique needs of each prospect. • Stay current on the latest trends and advancements in website design, development, and hosting to make recommendations to management and provide cutting-edge solutions to clients. • Utilize CRM to manage customer records and sales processes, ensuring accurate and detailed tracking and reporting. • Manage sales process and pipeline from lead to close. • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field preferred. • Minimum 3 years of sales experience required. • Ability to travel monthly for sales activity management. • Proven experience in sales of web site design and hosting services. • Knowledgeable in Kentico and Word Press preferred. • Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas and closing complex deals. • Self-directed with limited supervision while working well in a team environment. • Experience selling custom website projects. • Experience engaging with executives and decision-makers. • Strong sales and pipeline management skills. • Exceptional skills in teamwork, collaboration, and time-management. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong customer service skills and ability to build relationships with clients. • Ability to understand clients’ business needs and provide tailored solutions.
