📋 Description

• Serve as the strategic lead for Project Controls within PDS, aligning with company goals. • Expand existing project controls capabilities, integrating best practices and innovative solutions. • Drive business development efforts, identifying and securing new opportunities. • Establish, refine, and implement standardized best practices, systems, tools, and procedures. • Provide leadership and mentorship to project controls professionals. • Collaborate with internal teams, market leaders, and external stakeholders for client service. • Ensure successful integration of project controls into large-scale capital programs. • Partner with leadership to develop key performance indicators and success metrics. • Market firm’s project controls expertise externally, positioning the company as an industry leader. • Lead initiatives to improve operational efficiency and project execution.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; advanced degrees preferred. • 20+ years of experience in project controls, project management, or cost management in large-scale construction projects. • Strong business development experience, including building client relationships and securing new work. • Proven track record in developing and managing project controls functions across various sectors. • Expertise in cost control, risk management, change management, scheduling, estimating methodologies, and forecasting for capital projects. • Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to influence and drive change within a complex organization. • Proficiency in industry-standard project controls software (Primavera P6, Power BI, etc.). • PMP, CCP, or equivalent certifications are highly desirable.
