Description

• Spanish bilinguals will be trained and work virtually. • Permanent work from home for CA & NV candidates only. • 10 weeks training from 8:00am - 5:00pm PST, Monday-Friday. • Must work independently, honor commitments, and collaborate with team members. • Passion for exceptional customer service and effective communication skills are critical.

Requirements

• Spanish Bilingual. • 1-2 years of customer service experience. • 1-2 years of health insurance experience. • Prior experience providing customer service to the senior population (preferred). • Knowledge of medical terminology (preferred). • Experience with health insurance plans (preferred).
