• Customer Service Representative is the face of Aetna • Engages, consults, and educates members based on unique needs • Answers questions and resolves issues from members and providers • Documents and tracks contacts with members, providers, and plan sponsors • Creates an emotional connection with members • Anticipates customer needs and provides related information • Explains member's rights and responsibilities

Requirements

• Customer Service experience in a transaction-based environment preferred • High School or GED equivalent • Ability to multi-task • Understanding of medical terminology • Oral and written communication skills • Problem-solving skills • Attention to detail and accuracy • Analytical skills
