Description
• Partner with client representatives and other R1 operators to perform detailed reviews of patient accounts • Implement R1 technology, training, and process excellence initiatives across pre-registration, registration, and financial counseling departments • Serve as a liaison for training and subject matter expertise on the utilization of R1 work flow technologies • Coach client staff and managers to improve workflow and operational performance
Requirements
• Healthcare revenue cycle operations experience demonstrating progressive responsibility • A self starter mindset, taking on new challenges and creating innovative solutions • An analytical aptitude, understanding complex data sets and a desire to learn more • Change management background and flexibility; taking on transitions and the ability to assist others through change
