Requirements

β€’ 1 year of customer service and call center experience. β€’ 1 year in a social, psychological or human service field providing client support. β€’ Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, Teams). β€’ Must have a separate workspace free from distraction. β€’ Reliable internet with specified speeds.
