Description
• Oversees implementation of strategic and operational business plan for clinical operations. • Coordinates business segment policies in support of financial and operational requirements. • Implements care coordination services to meet regulatory requirements. • Leads a clinical team for Health Risk Screenings and Comprehensive Assessments. • Develops and manages clinical operations for improved outcomes and member engagement. • Serves as liaison with regulatory and accrediting agencies. • Formulates strategies for achieving department metrics and operational direction. • Responsible for cross-functional integration of care management with core business functions. • Supports quality improvement projects and enhances business processes. • Develops and evaluates policies and procedures to meet business needs. • Implements and monitors business plan impacting clinical operations. • Collaborates with other business areas to ensure workflow processes are efficient. • Synthesizes program performance and clinical outcomes. • Promotes a vision aligned with company values and motivates others.
Requirements
• Must reside in Texas. • Texas-licensed registered nurse with current unencumbered license. • Nationally recognized case management certification, or ability to obtain within 90 days. • 5+ years of clinical practice experience in physical or behavioral healthcare. • 5+ years of management or clinical leadership. • 3+ years of experience with MS Office Suite applications. • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel in-state up to 15% of the time.
