Description

•The Associate Eligibility Consultant researches and validates enrollment information. •Processes enrollment transactions and makes outbound calls to obtain required enrollment info. •Handles member inquiries and participates in enrollment projects. •Supports training initiatives and resolves member inquiries or concerns.

Requirements

•Meet Monthly Metrics at a team level: Critical quality 98.5%; weighted production 10 per hour. •Participate in cross-training on various products and platforms. •Meet Departmental attendance expectations of 5 occurrences or less. •Own development plan throughout the year. •Follow established processes and workflows for each task. •Complete required mandatory trainings by required timeframes.
