Description

β€’ Conducting needs assessments and developing customized solutions for clients. β€’ Serve as integral part of the business operations and management of LexisNexis Risk Solutions. β€’ Function as a key driver of managing LexisNexis Risk Solutions revenue. β€’ Lead, facilitate and manage large scale training and consultative projects and initiatives. β€’ Participate and lead industry seminars; trade shows, and demonstrations. β€’ Manage business operations by identifying opportunities and working closely with internal partners. β€’ Develop, deliver, and maintain professional customer education curricula. β€’ Track, monitor, and report results to facilitate business operations with key accounts. β€’ Maintain demonstrated professional expertise in vertical markets, professional certifications and designations.

Requirements

β€’ Be highly organized and detail-oriented. β€’ Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. β€’ Familiarity with fraud detection and identity verification concepts. β€’ Be able to collaborate with team while being self-directed to solve problems. β€’ Have experience in consulting or professional services. β€’ Be proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications. β€’ BS/BA or equivalent; with a concentration in adult education/learning theory preferred. β€’ 3-5 yrs of work experience in core RISK markets or comparable experience in related industry markets. β€’ 3-5 yrs professional training and education experience. β€’ Adult education, project management, presentation, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
