• Responsible for managing cost structure, HEDIS, and Revenue Integrity efforts. • Influences sales, operations, contracts, and provider relations. • Directing the development, implementation, and maintenance of policies for compliance. • Monitors the budget and takes corrective action. • Coaches and develops team members. • Creates a customer-focused culture and ensures internal and external needs are met.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in business development, direct sales, or client management leadership roles. • 3-5 years of Individual Exchange experience. • Knowledge of insurance regulatory and contractual requirements. • Proven team leadership experience. • Ability to develop and execute strategy. • P&L expertise with a financial focus. • Demonstrated strong business judgement skills. • Experience in a matrixed environment. • Knowledge of value-based agreements.
