• Aetna seeks an Executive Director to lead the Individual & Family Plans business in the West region. • Responsible for defining market strategy and ensuring financial performance. • Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to improve operations and costs.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in business development, direct sales, or client management leadership roles. • 3-5 years of Individual Exchange experience. • Knowledge of insurance regulatory and contractual requirements. • Proven team leadership experience. • Ability to develop and execute strategy. • P&L expertise with a strong financial focus. • Strong business judgement skills. • Experience working in a matrixed environment.
