• Responsible for researching, resolving, and communicating member coverage issues. • Collaborate cross-functionally with various CVS Health departments. • Construct formal communication to members regarding issue resolution. • Use judgment to meet department goals and turnaround time requirements.

Requirements

• 2 plus years of customer service experience with complex databases. • Experience with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook). • Previous experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) preferred. • Previous Med D grievance experience preferred. • Bachelors Degree preferred.
