• Researching, resolving, and communicating issues related to Medicare Part D coverage. • Working cross-functionally with different departments. • Outreach to members with resolutions. • Maintaining quality standards and turnaround times. • Documenting issues and solutions in the database. • Closing grievances cases daily, 15-20 per week.

Requirements

• 2 plus years of experience in a customer service role. • Experience with several computer applications and complex databases, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). • Previous experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) or pharmaceutical industry preferred. • Previous Med D grievance experience preferred. • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
