Description

• A Compensation Analyst conducts research, analyzes data and provides recommendations to ensure that the organization's compensation programs are competitive and align with the company's objectives. • This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of compensation laws and regulations. • The teammate in this role will work closely with HR business partners to ensure that the organization's compensation programs are effective and efficient. • Reviews a wide range of relevant compensation data to ensure the company's compensation policies are competitive. • Performs basic to intermediate-level analysis to ensure statutory compliance with minimum pay amounts specified by the FLSA, state and local jurisdictions. • Audits Workday system to ensure accuracy of compensation data and addresses any related issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field required • CCP designation (or candidate) preferred • Two or more years of experience as a Compensation, Human Resources or Finance Analyst (or related field) • Strong analytical skills: expertise in Microsoft Excel required • Deep knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods • Foundational knowledge of human resource laws, regulations and best practices preferred • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; excellent organizational and time management skills
