• Analyzing customer and transactional activity. • Identify unusual activity involving Pathward accounts. • Maintain documentation for alert reviews. • Answer all communications, ensuring confidentiality. • Meet quality, productivity, and leadership metrics. • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
• Data gathering and analysis. • Attention to detail. • Analytical thinking. • Written communication skills. • One or more years’ experience preferred. • Knowledge of banking products helpful. • High school certification required. • CAMS or CFCS preferred. • Ability to identify and interpret relevant information. • Upholding accepted social and ethical standards.
