Description
• Accountable for designing conceptual models and initiative planning. • Negotiating Medicaid value-based agreements with North Carolina providers. • Maintaining and enhancing Medicaid provider networks. • Working cross-functionally to meet goals and compliance standards.
Requirements
• Minimum 7+ years related experience. • Expert level negotiation skills. • Proven knowledge of provider financial issues and competitor strategies. • Complex contracting options knowledge. • Ability to identify and manage initiatives that improve total medical cost and quality. • Health Plan/Payer or Provider Systems experience preferred. • Medicaid regulatory experience preferred. • Medicaid contracting & setup experience preferred. • Experience with North Carolina providers preferred. • Resides in North Carolina.
