• Collaborate to define access strategy narrative and pricing strategies • Develop pricing and indication sequencing for pipeline indications • Optimize trial designs to reflect payer requirements • Bring innovative contracting strategies for customer value • Partner with teams to identify unmet medical needs and support value narratives • Build Market Access and Pricing mindset among global teams • Monitor market landscape for trends, opportunities and threats

Requirements

• 10 years of experience in marketing and/or relevant commercial experience in the pharmaceutical/ biotech industry • BS/BA degree (science or business degree preferred); MBA preferred • Ability to thrive in an environment where co-creation and partnership is key • Experience effectively managing external agency partners, and collaborating with cross-functional teams and internal/external stakeholders to effectively implement strategies and programs • Understanding of the legal and regulatory environment in pharmaceutical promotion • Strong project management, communication, and organization skills • Agility, proven ability to influence without authority and cross-functional collaboration • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and prioritize work to achieve positive results • Launch readiness experience preferred
