Requirements

β€’ 10 years of experience in marketing and/or relevant commercial experience in the pharmaceutical/ biotech industry β€’ BS/BA degree (science or business degree preferred); MBA preferred β€’ Ability to thrive in an environment where co-creation and partnership is key β€’ Experience effectively managing external agency partners, and collaborating with cross-functional teams and internal/external stakeholders to effectively implement strategies and programs β€’ Understanding of the legal and regulatory environment in pharmaceutical promotion β€’ Strong project management, communication, and organization skills β€’ Agility, proven ability to influence without authority and cross-functional collaboration β€’ Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and prioritize work to achieve positive results β€’ Launch readiness experience preferred
