• Facilitate and support implementation of business unit’s management process. • Assist the Medicare Advantage market facing General Manager. • Develop and execute market strategies, including market-level Medicare Advantage product strategies. • Review financial and medical economic information. • Drive execution of pricing commitments and corrective action plans. • Create a metrics driven management process for performance understanding. • Liaison between senior management and local market leaders. • Develop project management framework and facilitate meetings.

Requirements

• 7+ years experience in financial analysis. • Deep understanding of medical cost trends. • Experience with enterprise-wide and/or cross-functional large scale initiatives. • 10+ years experience in various methodologies: management consulting, project consulting, etc. • Implementing change in complex organizations. • Superior business process, project management and organizational redesign. • Leadership in business process and financial strategic planning. • Relationship management skills at the senior level.
