• Responsible for leading strategic planning for the enterprise observability roadmap. • Establish governance body and standards for observability. • Collaborate with engineering and operations teams. • Ensure cost-efficient use and management of observability platforms. • Develop a platform migration strategy and manage cross-platform analytics. • Responsible for enterprise capacity planning and performance engineering functions.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of IT industry experience. • 5+ years leading teams in IT operations or observability. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills. • Experience with observability concepts and solutions. • 1 year of migration or implementation experience. • Experience with data analytics and reporting. • Developing enterprise observability standards including ITIL processes. • Experience with best practice frameworks like ITIL, COBIT, etc. • Managing financial operations and software contracts. • Experience with enterprise demand analysis and capacity planning. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Exceptional project and program management skills.
