Description

• Processing of Medicare members eligibility discrepancies • Processing discrepancies and providing feedback to leadership • Reviewing Policy and Procedures for accuracy • Maintaining expected production and quality standards • Working in multiple systems (MP (MNG), FACETS, EMA, etc.)

Requirements

• Knowledge of Aetna systems (MP) • Working knowledge of standard enrollment processes • Ability to learn multiple functions • Ability to provide "root cause" analysis • Team player • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work independently • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively • Strong organization skills • Problem solving skills • Attention to detail and accuracy • Proficient in Microsoft Office
