• Review guarantee performance by client on a monthly basis. • Prepare financial performance reporting and provide reporting for audit requests. • Partner with various teams to review contract terms and provide pricing strategy recommendations. • Perform monthly data pulls for assigned guarantee clients. • Review performance results to identify opportunities to mitigate financial risk. • Collaborate to improve gaps in processes. • Perform lookback analysis for future recommendations to senior leadership. • Develop reporting packages and presentations to management.

Requirements

• 5 years pricing, financial or data analysis experience required. • Experience with creating financial models and/or working with large data sets in a database environment. • 2+ years’ experience with PBM preferred. • Knowledge of health insurance, managed care, or pharmaceutical industry preferred. • Analytical expertise and experience with SAS, SQL, Access, and Excel preferred. • Master’s Degree preferred.
