Description

• Focused on intake of new reporting requirements. • Supporting existing reports/feeds. • Working with business customers to ensure requirements for new reports are defined. • Coordinating user acceptance of end products. • Responsibilities related to supporting reports/extracts in production.

Requirements

• Ability to gather and document reporting requirements. • Ability to facilitate meetings with business customers. • Ability to work collaboratively with business customers and report developers. • Ability to learn the NextGen Platform and understand the data models/fields available for reporting. • Experience with HRP and/or NextGen Ecosystem. • Knowledge of claims processing.
