Description

• Leads a team of health informaticists focused on strategy, implementation, and governance of electronic health records. • Collaborates with CMO of Retail Health to craft clinical informatics strategy. • Provides clinical expertise and insights to health information technology initiatives. • Leads integration of electronic health records and analytics tools across Retail Health. • Co-develops patient and provider-oriented next best actions using enterprise data. • Promotes high quality, equitable, and reliable care using health information technology. • Creates opportunities in the design of new products and services to drive revenues. • Promotes a culture of safety across all Retail Health programs using analytics. • Participates in the sales process for Retail Health products. • Supports broader enterprise care delivery efforts related to health informatics.

Requirements

• Medical Director with strong clinical practice experience in primary or specialty care. • Experience in EMR and health informatics, Medicare Advantage, and innovative risk-based care models. • Experience optimizing digital patient experience. • Highly organized, detail oriented, proficient analytical ability. • Strong capability understanding of analytics and translating insights into business strategy. • Proficient in clinical quality measurement and improvement. • Proven leadership experience that communicates and engages effectively.
