Description

• Develop strong personal and collaborative relationships to manage a book of business. • Responsible for managing Plan Sponsor/Producer Concerns. • Executing on objectives aligned to the customer and organization's goals. • Offer creative product and service solutions to address client's needs. • Support annual business plan and account strategy. • Collaborate with medical account team members on complex issues. • Manage integration of clients and Meritain's internal organizations. • Perform service-related tasks on existing customers and assist in open enrollment.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant healthcare industry experience. • Ability to travel 25% – 50%. • Experience leading open enrollment strategy, including on-site client meetings. • Strong communication skills and experience with C-suite individuals. • Monitoring and reporting results of Performance Guarantees.
