• Develop strong personal and collaborative internal and external relationships. • Manage a book of business to achieve customer satisfaction and membership objectives. • Execute tactical components of the client management team’s business plan. • Manage daily service concerns and align objectives with customer goals. • Monitor and ensure client's needs are being met. • Collaborate with account team members on complex issues. • Perform service-related tasks and assist in open enrollment processes. • Oversee resolution of administrative issues and manage key meetings.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant healthcare industry experience. • Ability to travel 25%-50%. • Ability to lead open enrollment strategy, including on-site client meetings. • Strong communication skills. • Communication experience with C-suite level individuals. • Monitoring and reporting results of Performance Guarantees. • Previous Client Management experience with a Health plan carrier (preferred). • Previous Client Management experience with a pharmacy benefit manager (PBM) (preferred). • 3-5 years of experience of relevant pharmacy industry experience (preferred).
