β’ 3+ years of experience carrying a personal sales quota. β’ Proven experience in exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets. β’ Experience in B2B SaaS, preferably EdTech. Workforce Development experience is a plus. β’ Proven track record of long-term customer retention. β’ Consultative sales experience and managing complex sales cycles β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills. β’ Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot and Salesforce β’ Experience with Google Docs tools and software. β’ Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality experience are a plus.
