Description

β€’ Owning the full sales cycle for enterprise mortgage lenders, from initial outreach through closing β€’ Building and maintaining relationships with key industry stakeholders and partners β€’ Conducting detailed discovery calls and product demos β€’ Developing and documenting repeatable sales processes that can scale with our growing team β€’ Contributing strategic insights to help shape our product roadmap based on customer feedback β€’ Representing Vesta at industry conferences and events β€’ This role offers a unique opportunity to not just join an early-stage startup, but to potentially grow into a sales leadership position as we scale. You'll work directly with the founding team and have significant influence on how we build and grow our sales organization.

Requirements

β€’ Proven experience selling enterprise software solutions, particularly those requiring significant organizational change or integration β€’ Strong relationship-building skills and a natural ability to connect with stakeholders at all levels, as well as the ability to build consensus across a large organization β€’ The ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and effectively communicate them to diverse audiences β€’ A self-starter mentality with excellent organizational skills and follow-through β€’ Experience in or strong familiarity with the mortgage industry is a plus, but not required β€’ Most importantly, you're someone who combines deep sales expertise with genuine curiosity about our customers' challenges and a collaborative approach to finding solutions.
