📋 Description

• Identify and Evaluate New Product Opportunities – Analyze industry trends. • Develop Product Business Plans – Create strategies to drive product adoption. • Manage Product Pricing and Profitability – Define margin strategies. • Coordinate Product Launches – Oversee the introduction of new products. • Support Sales Enablement – Work closely with training teams. • Optimize Inventory Strategy – Monitor and adjust inventory levels. • Develop and Maintain OEM and Supplier Relationships – Ensure favorable terms. • Enhance Product Marketing and Awareness – Work with marketing teams. • Monitor Competitive Market Trends – Make strategic adjustments. • Maximize Sales and Profitability – Increase sales and improve margins. • Improve Product Support and Quality – Ensure products meet standards. • Develop and Maintain Product Content – Keep product information updated. • Facilitate Product Training – Ensure sales reps understand product features. • Analyze and Optimize Product Performance – Track sales data and customer feedback. • Drive Internal Product Promotions – Organize campaigns for key products. • Assume additional responsibilities as required.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field or equivalent experience in product management. • 5 years of experience in product management, marketing, sales or business development within IT reseller, ITAD or remarketing. • Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of securing favorable terms. • Experience in pricing and margin optimization to drive revenue growth. • Ability to influence and collaborate across teams including sales, marketing, operations and leadership. • Strategic and analytical mindset to assess market trends and pricing strategies. • Proven problem-solving skills and creative solutions for product challenges. • Excellent organizational and project management skills while managing multiple priorities. • Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience in product messaging. • Knowledge of the IT hardware and networking industry including remarketing and resale strategies. • Proven track record of driving sales and product success with contributions to revenue and growth.
