• 5+ years of experience in a Customer Success Role • Experience managing large, multinational accounts • Negotiate large, complex renewals • Strategic conversations with senior customer executives • Leverage internal resources for customer outcomes • Developing and managing commercial relationships • Proven track record of meeting targets • Strong technical acumen • Strong program management skills • Strong analytical skills • Previous experience in SaaS or telecoms • Knowledge of testing, software development lifecycle desirable • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline desirable
