Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a Customer Success Role • Experience managing large, multinational accounts • Able to negotiate large, complex renewals • Confident presenting to senior customer executives • Proven track record of meeting targets • Strong technical acumen and program management skills • Previous experience in a SaaS environment preferred • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline desirable
