📋 Description

• As the leader of the Marketing function, you will join our Leadership Team to redefine the narrative in blockchain and AI. • Own and shape the Cyber•Fund narrative while overseeing distribution channels and supporting the growth of our portfolio companies. • Manage relationships with 5-7 portfolio companies, delivering tailored marketing strategies, campaigns, and results. • Make decisions on hiring, training, and expanding the team, defining roles and optimizing resources. • Collaborate with portfolio teams to define roadmaps, OKRs, KPIs, and long-term marketing plans. • Oversee reporting, modelling, and goal setting to achieve measurable returns. • Get hands-on with high-priority projects, ensuring alignment with goals and timelines. • Work across PR, KOLs, Content, Growth, Events, and other teams to deliver integrated strategies. • Take full ownership of Cyber•Fund brand, adapting messaging and strategies to a dynamic ecosystem. • Manage marketing budgets effectively to optimize outcomes. • Oversee PR strategies to ensure consistent messaging and strong market presence. • Lead content development and social media strategies. • Oversee paid and owned media campaigns to drive acquisition and engagement. • Monitor campaign performance and leverage analytics for continuous improvement. • Represent the organization at key industry events to enhance visibility and reputation. • Stay informed about trends and integrate insights into marketing strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as a Marketing Director, Head of, C-level executive or similar role. • Deep understanding of and experience with crypto, blockchain, and AI ecosystems. • Ability to translate consumer insights and analytics into actionable marketing plans. • Proven success in launching campaigns and announcements, with examples of impactful work. • Experience working with cutting-edge technology brands. • Action-oriented and able to handle tasks of varying complexity with efficiency and focus. • Critical thinker with a balance of creative vision and data-driven decision-making.
