• Job Title: Business Development Manager • Location: Remote working and based within the UK • Salary: Base annual salary up to £60,000 (£100,000 OTE) depending on skills and experience. As well as our Data & Analytics division, we also have Managed Service and Cyber Security specialist arms to the business, setting us apart from other IT consultancies. • We operate out of three offices, Berkshire, Newcastle & Belfast, and have 150 employees across Cybit. We have great relationships with our vendors, and we’re a Microsoft Gold Partner, Qlik Select Partner, Alteryx Premier Partner, AWS Advanced Consulting Partner, Palo Alto Platinum Innovator, F5 Gold Partner and more! • We’re growing and investing heavily as a business, combining our cloud heritage with in-depth analytics & BI to move customers forward in their journey. We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to join our sales team to be responsible for acquiring new business; using best in class levels of strategic solution-led identification. • You’ll identify, follow-up and close new Business Intelligence / Data & Analytics business opportunities through a mix of winning net new logos and selling into some existing customers, where you will facilitate & enable long-term strategic relationships with customers. We want the best Data & Analytics tools for our customers, and you’ll present and sell them the best solution based on their needs. You’ll actively build a sales pipeline that will support targets through market activity as well as prospecting and networking activity.

Requirements

• Business Intelligence or Data & Analytics IT sales experience • We are open to candidates with experience of selling in all sectors • An interest in Business Intelligence and Data driven decision making • A consultative selling approach based on high-level, long-term customer strategy – not “quick wins”. • Effective account management skills. • The ability to build a relationship as a facilitator of solutions. • The ability to learn and communicate technical and licensing solutions in an appropriate manner to both C-level contacts and IT professionals. • Proven ability to produce engaging, accurate proposals. • Excellent organisation and time-management skills with a high attention to detail. • Candidates can be based anywhere in the UK. • You must possess a full, UK driving licence.
