• Come join the company reinventing data security, empowering businesses to realize the full potential of their data • The leading data security platform purpose-built for the cloud era • Looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Channel Operations Manager • Play a pivotal role in optimizing and scaling our channel operations • Enable our partners to succeed and drive revenue growth • Manage and optimize the day-to-day operations of the channel partner program • Ensure smooth onboarding, enablement, and ongoing support for partners • Track and analyze partner performance metrics to identify growth opportunities • Serve as the operational point of contact for channel partners • Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and product teams
Requirements
• 4+ years of experience in channel operations, partner management, or a related role in the SaaS industry • Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus • Strong understanding of channel sales models, partner ecosystems, and SaaS go-to-market strategies • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and PRM platforms • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with analytics/reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) • Excellent problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment • A collaborative mindset with a focus on driving results and partner success • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
