Description

• OneRail provides last mile delivery solutions from dispatch to doorstep. • The Sales Enablement Manager is responsible for equipping the sales team with resources, training, and tools. • Collaborates closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to develop and implement enablement strategies. • Trains new sales team members during onboarding, develops ongoing training programs, manages sales content, and optimizes tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, training, or sales operations focused on solution selling, ideally in a B2B or SaaS environment • Experience in supply chain or last mile is a plus • Proven ability to develop training programs, manage sales content, and drive cross-departmental collaboration • Experience with CRM and sales enablement tools, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Seismic • Strong communication, project management, and prioritization skills, with a strategic mindset • Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making
