Description

• SchooLinks is looking for a candidate to own the operations processes and influence company KPI’s • Reporting directly to the CFO, and directly enabling other department leaders • Primary responsibilities include running quoting and contracting desk, improving Salesforce CRM • Ensuring efficiency and capitalizing on features of Salesforce CPQ, processing renewals pipeline • Identifying sales trends from Salesforce data, analyzing performance of Go To Market functions

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field highly preferred • Salesforce Admin experience required • Salesforce CPQ experience required • 3-5 years of experience working in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or other relevant experience • Self-driven work style, managing multiple activities with urgency and a high degree of accountability with little oversight • Attention to detail with an eye for operational excellence and exceptional problem-solving skills • Experience in collaborating with business leaders and key stakeholders • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively to a variety of business partners, motivating and influencing decision-makers
