β’ The Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for business analytics related to sales performance, sales planning, and variable pay management system utilization. β’ Manage disputes, system efficiency, and future plan development. β’ Create agile reporting that can be repeated periodically. β’ Collaborates with HR Compensation to analyze incentive plans for effectiveness. β’ Participates in the sales planning process including territory design and customer assignments. β’ Assists in administration of sales planning and variable pay management system(s).
β’ Typically requires a bachelor's degree and five or more years of related experience or an equivalent combination. β’ Prior experience in a sales operations or sales finance role. β’ Well-developed capabilities in problem-solving and streamlining processes. β’ Expert ability to analyze data and organize it into useful information. β’ Strong business acumen and ability to dig deeper from a business ask. β’ Ability to adapt, adjust and move with speed to execute on priorities. β’ Strong time and project management skills. β’ Ability to effectively collaborate with executive leadership in an open and professional manner. β’ Variable pay management system experience: developing plans, reports, workflows, dispute management. β’ Understanding in scoping projects and timeline to innovate functionality. β’ Strong and professional written, verbal and presentation communication skills. β’ Strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills.
