Description

β€’ The Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for business analytics related to sales performance, sales planning, and variable pay management system utilization. β€’ Manage disputes, system efficiency, and future plan development. β€’ Create agile reporting that can be repeated periodically. β€’ Collaborates with HR Compensation to analyze incentive plans for effectiveness. β€’ Participates in the sales planning process including territory design and customer assignments. β€’ Assists in administration of sales planning and variable pay management system(s).

Requirements

β€’ Typically requires a bachelor's degree and five or more years of related experience or an equivalent combination. β€’ Prior experience in a sales operations or sales finance role. β€’ Well-developed capabilities in problem-solving and streamlining processes. β€’ Expert ability to analyze data and organize it into useful information. β€’ Strong business acumen and ability to dig deeper from a business ask. β€’ Ability to adapt, adjust and move with speed to execute on priorities. β€’ Strong time and project management skills. β€’ Ability to effectively collaborate with executive leadership in an open and professional manner. β€’ Variable pay management system experience: developing plans, reports, workflows, dispute management. β€’ Understanding in scoping projects and timeline to innovate functionality. β€’ Strong and professional written, verbal and presentation communication skills. β€’ Strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills.
