Requirements

β€’ 3+ years' experience in pre-sales, solutions engineering or equivalent role β€’ Experience in a pre-sales capacity with a focus on US-government institutions is a strong asset β€’ Knowledge and experience with learning management systems β€’ Deep knowledge of Brightspace LMS as an Admin or Super User is a strong asset β€’ Technical understanding of enterprise software, web, and database technology β€’ Understanding of the technology ecosystem that surrounds an LMS and the types of responsibilities and concerns users have that run those systems β€’ Previous experience in the Learning Technology or HCM space is a strong asset β€’ Demonstrated ability to understand complex business challenges and apply creativity and problem-solving to meet client needs β€’ Very comfortable with presenting complex education and technology concepts to a variety of stakeholders β€’ Be highly engaging in person and virtually. β€’ Must have excellent writing and comprehension skills β€’ Experience writing RFP responses is an asset β€’ Ability to work with a distributed team and travel extensively (up to 50%) β€’ Experience meeting multiple objectives in an entrepreneurial environment with minimal supervision.
