Description

• Develop and execute DailyPay's partnership strategy in consumer financial solutions • Identify, evaluate, and secure partnerships with fintech companies and other strategic partners • Structure, negotiate, and close partnership agreements • Cultivate relationships with decision-makers at partner organizations • Collaborate on integration of partner solutions with DailyPay's platform • Track KPIs for partnerships and optimize performance • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities • Collaborate with internal teams for successful implementation of partnerships

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, consumer banking or related field • Existing relationships with fintech and financial services industries • Ability to develop and execute a partnership strategy • Comfortable owning outcomes and leading initiatives • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Strong drive to achieve results and exceed expectations • Ability to work effectively in a team environment • Genuine interest in the evolving financial technology landscape
