• Develop an annual strategic plan to achieve product revenue and margin growth objectives and drive actions that lead to sustainable growth • Serve as a commercial subject matter expert and product champion internally and externally, including regularly analyzing and communicating and managing response to customer feedback, market trends, competitor performance, sales channels, and regulatory requirements • Manager all aspects of product life cycle, including new product launch and execution of obsolescence to meet product strategy • Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to develop effective positioning strategies, marketing campaigns, collateral, sales and support tools, and training programs to drive growth • Partner with Quality Assurance and Operations on supply issues and own communications for commercial teams and customers when necessary

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 3 years experience in biological sciences, or Master’s degree with 5+ years of experience in product management, commercial marketing, or a related role in a biotechnology, genomics, next-generation sequencing, or other relevant technical environment • 2+ years of experience in high-touchpoint customer facing roles • Willingness and ability to travel approximately 20% domestically and internationally
