• Responsible for growth and expansion of Germany sales within a specific regional subset • Meeting and exceeding assigned sales targets through management of specific accounts • Maintain margins, profitability, prices, and system productivity according to company guidelines • Develop the business through coordination of specific regional events with Marketing • Promote menu utilization and increase market penetration in new segments • Learn and implement tactical plans based on Danaher Business System • Lead and coach team members on sales tools and strategies • Design Territory Plans and assign targets to team members

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with more than 5 years or Master's degree with more than 3 years of relevant experience • Ability to set daily priorities for him/herself and for the Team • Ability to use judgment to identify, troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day operational problems • Strong communication skills to explain strategy and tactics to the Team • Strong ability to present strategies, projects, sales data and performance to upper management • Ability to plan, prioritise and deliver a revenue number
