Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with more than 5 years or Master's degree with more than 3 years of relevant experience • Ability to set daily priorities and coordinate resources • Ability to use judgment to identify, troubleshoot and resolve operational problems • Strong communication skills to explain strategy and tactics • Fluent in German and English is a must • Previous people management is desirable
